The Feeder Ruder Extruder ensures a continuous and consistent supply of low-density, high-filler, and recycled materials to the main extruder, improving production efficiency and process stability. The Twin Screw Extruder delivers excellent melting, mixing, and dispersion performance, while the Melt Filter and Screen Changer effectively remove contaminants to ensure superior product quality.
The Underwater Cutting System cuts and cools the molten polymer immediately after it exits the die plate, producing pellets with uniform size and shape. This process minimizes dust generation, enables continuous automatic operation, and ensures high productivity with consistent pellet quality.
